Nature of the Service
- Anganga Tours acts exclusively as an intermediary between the client and final service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, and event organizers). Our role is focused on the management, booking, and logistics required to facilitate your travel experience or event attendance.
- No-Refund Policy (Events and Tickets)
- Due to the volatile nature and high demand for international events (concerts, sporting events, festivals, etc.):
- Irrevocable Payments: Once payment is made and ticket purchase or access is confirmed, there is no possibility of refund, reimbursement, or cancellation by the client.
- Allocation of Funds: Received funds are immediately transferred to international providers to secure your booking. Once this action is executed, the funds are non-recoverable.
- Changes, Cancellations, and Force Majeure
- Anganga Tours is not the organizer of the events, nor the operator of flights or accommodations. Therefore:
- Organizer’s Responsibility: Any change in date, time, venue, or the total cancellation of the event is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the official organizer (e.g., UEFA, HYBE, local promoters).
- Rescheduling Policy: If the organizer reschedules the event, your ticket will remain valid for the new date according to the provider’s policies. Anganga Tours will not issue refunds for date changes beyond our control.
- Force Majeure: In situations involving natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government decisions, we will be govrned by the refund policies of the final provider. Agency management fees are non-refundable.
- Travel Documentation
- It is the client’s absolute responsibility to have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), necessary visas, and health requirements for the destination country. The denial of a visa or any impediment to exiting or entering a country is not grounds for a refund.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By making any partial or total payment to Anganga Tours, the client declares to have read, understood, and accepted these terms in their entirety, waiving any subsequent claim for the concepts described herein.
