General Terms and Conditions – Anganga Tours

1. Nature of Service and Intermediation

  • Agency Role: Acts exclusively as an intermediary between the client and final service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, event organizers).
  • Responsibility: Focuses on management, booking, advice, and logistics, without assuming direct responsibility for the execution of third-party services.

2. Special Conditions for Events, Concerts, Festivals, and Sports Tickets

  • Refund Policy: No refunds, returns, or cancellations once the purchase is confirmed; payments to international suppliers are irrevocable, and agency management fees are non-refundable.
  • Pricing: Final price includes intermediary fees, management, shipping, taxes, and operating costs, which may differ from the printed face value.
  • Names on Tickets: Tickets may display fictitious or third-party names due to pre-purchase systems. This is legal and 100% valid via the QR code; if questioned at the entrance, customers can state the ticket was received as a gift.
  • Seating Categories: Guarantees tickets within the purchased category and ensures seating in pairs (two together). Groups of 3 or more require a special quote. Exact rows and seat numbers are confirmed upon final ticket issuance.
  • Minors: Clients are solely responsible for providing minors’ dates of birth and ensuring they have their own tickets if required by organizers.
  • Access Restrictions: Admission is strictly reserved by local event organizers (including restrictions based on nationality or fan insignia at sporting events). Anganga Tours assumes no responsibility for admission or security criteria.

3. Ticket and Documentation Delivery

  • Delivery Methods: Electronic tickets delivered via email, WhatsApp, or mobile app the day before or day of the event. Physical tickets delivered to the client’s hotel or a designated pick-up point.
  • Notification Obligation: Clients must inform the agency if tickets are not received at least 12 hours before the event; otherwise, the agency is exempt from liability.
  • Travel Documentation: Clients are solely responsible for valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), required visas, and health requirements. Denied boarding or visa rejections do not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Air Tickets and Ground Services

  • Airline Policies: Air tickets are strictly subject to each commercial airline’s policies, penalties, change restrictions, and baggage allowances.
  • Exclusion of Liability: The agency is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, itinerary rescheduling, missed connections, or baggage damage.

5. Travel Insurance and Medical Assistance

  • Recommendation: Passengers are strongly advised to purchase international travel insurance.
